介绍了树突状细胞 (DC)的分类、发育过程、膜分子和表面标记 ,并从 DC与自身免疫性疾病的关系、 DC参与实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎 (EAE)和多发性硬化 (MS)的免疫诱导及免疫耐受等方面论述了 DC的作用机制、功能特点及相关因素 ,且展望了 DC应用于免疫治疗的前景。
The classification, developmental process, membrane molecules and surface markers of dendritic cells (DCs) were introduced. From the relationship between DCs and autoimmune diseases, DCs participated in experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) and multiple sclerosis MS) immune induction and immune tolerance discussed DC mechanism of action, functional characteristics and related factors, and prospects for the application of DC in immunotherapy prospects.
