目的:探讨不同胎龄新生儿心电图钩形R波对卵圆孔未闭的诊断价值。方法:将142例不同胎龄新生儿按胎龄分为28～30周组、31～33周组、34～36周组、37～40周组,观察各组心电图Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V1导联钩形R波的出现率。结果:各组间Ⅲ导联、V1导联、Ⅱ、Ⅲ导联钩形R波出现率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组间Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联钩形R波出现率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),31～33周组出现率较其他组高。结论:不同胎龄新生儿卵圆孔未闭与Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联心电图QRS钩形改变有相关性。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of hook-shaped R wave of electrocardiogram in neonates with different gestational age to the patent foramen ovale. Methods: 142 neonates with different gestational age were divided into 28-30 weeks group, 31-33 weeks group, 34-36 weeks group and 37-40 weeks group according to gestational age, and the changes of ECG Ⅱ, Ⅲ, aVF, V1 Lead hook R-wave appearance rate. Results: There was no significant difference in the appearance of hook R wave between the three groups of lead, V1 lead, Ⅱ, Ⅲ lead (P> 0.05) There was significant difference (P <0.05), and the incidence in 31-33 weeks group was higher than other groups. CONCLUSION: The patent foramen ovale of neonates with different gestational age has correlation with QRS hook-shape changes of electrocardiogram of Ⅱ, Ⅲ and aVF leads.
