二尖瓣脱垂是一种常见的综合征,其发病率约4～6％。较多见于女性,偶可为家族性。我院于近两个月内即发现3例,均为女性,现报告如下。 病例报告 例1 陈×,女,23岁,工人,主诉一过性前胸部刺痛,伴有活动后心悸4个月,无头晕或头痛。近一个月症状加重,发作次数频繁,疼痛时间最短1秒钟,最长1～3分钟,部位较局限,在胸骨左缘2～4肋间,不随呼吸加重。与体力劳动无关,无放散痛。门诊以窦性心动过速而收内科。1974年曾患过关节痛,无红肿,未经治疗自愈。查体:Bp110/70,P100,T36℃,两肺呼吸音清晰,心界不大,卧位时 Mitral valve prolapse is a common syndrome, the incidence of about 4 ~ 6%. Has nothing to do with manual labor, no painful. Out-patient to sinus tachycardia and received medicine. Had suffered joint pain in 1974, no redness, self-healing without treatment. Examination: Bp110 / 70, P100, T36 ℃, two lungs breath sounds clear, heart is not big, lying position
