第一次听说“三夏”麦收,知道麦客这个职业,是在《舌尖上的中国》节目。而2015年记者终于有幸深入山东、河北两省,亲历“三夏”麦收。为期1周的采访,让记者真实地感受到了什么叫做“龙口夺粮”的紧迫,什么叫做“早上三点半,晚上看不见,地里三顿饭”的忙碌。尤其是在中原地区先后发生了几起麦田起火事故后,麦收工作就变得更加紧迫了。在这紧迫的麦收时期,除了我们熟悉的麦客千里跨区抢收夏粮的身影,还有一支并不引人注目的队
