工业机器人专业委员会(属机械工业自动化学会)成立大会及学术讨论会,1983年12月4日至9日在广州华南工学院召开。会议期间宣读了18篇论文,还邀请了来我国访问的挪威机器人代表团到会作了报告。论文有国内外情况调查报告,示教再现样机的研制报告,工业机器人的运动分析及机器人用的各种机构、传感器、伺服系统等报告。但在机器人的计算机软件方面,会议几乎没有论文,反映出我国在这一方面的水平尚比较低。会议指出,我国先后试制过近100台工业机器人。其中有示教再现的工业机器人,但乃处于实验室阶段,离生产实用还有距离,和国外相比差距很大。会议期间,与会代表对如何发展我国的工业机器 Industrial Robot Professional Committee (a mechanical industrial automation society) founding conference and seminar, December 4, 1983 to 9 in South China Institute of Technology was held.
