冬凌草原为经济价值较高的野生药用水土保持植物,随着对其开发利用,野生资源日显不足。经试验分析,人工栽培的冬凌草遗传性状稳定,其生物学、生态学特性以及药用价值与野生自然资源相比,无明显差异,故扩大人工栽培是可行的。试验研究出的人工种植技术,可使冬凌草种子出苗率由野生传播的不足1%提高到87.2%;扦插生根率达到90.5%。冬凌草具有良好的蓄水保土作用,一年生冬凌草区比对照减少径流量36.1%,土壤流失量减少48.5%;比一年生金银花区径流量削减18.3%,减少土壤流失26.8%。
Dongting grassland is a high economic value of wild medicinal soil and water conservation plants, with its development and utilization of wild resources, day by day inadequate. According to the experimental analysis, the genetic character of cultivated Rubescens indica is stable, and its biological, ecological characteristics and medicinal value have no significant difference compared with wild natural resources, so it is feasible to expand artificial cultivation. The artificial cultivation technology experimentally made the seedling emergence rate of Rubescens indica increased from less than 1% of the wild to 87.2%, and the rooting rate of cuttings reached 90.5%. Rubescens has good water storage and soil conservation. Annual rubescens reduced 36.1% of the runoff and soil loss by 48.5% compared with the control. The annual runoff of honeysuckle reduced by 18.3% and soil erosion by 26.8%.
