随着社会的不断发展,数控机床技术得到了充分的发展,数控机床主要用于加工较为复杂的零件,对于经济的发展有着很大的影响。数控机床智能化程度较高,但也对操作人员有着较高的要求,要掌握丰富的知识,有很强的动手能力,所以就对数控专业的学生提出了更高的要求。教学改革的发展也要求着数控教学的改革,实践项目教学应运而生,不仅丰富了学生的知识,更大程度上锻炼了学生的动手能力。本文结合实际教学情况,对实践项目教学进行了分析,探讨了动手能力培养的路径,希望可以为教学工作提供帮助,以提高学生的动手能力,满足数控工作的要求。
With the continuous development of society, CNC machine tool technology has been fully developed, CNC machine tools are mainly used for processing more complex parts, for economic development has a great impact. CNC machine tools, a higher degree of intelligence, but also on the operator has a higher demand, to master the rich knowledge, strong ability to start, so the CNC professional students put forward higher requirements. The development of teaching reform also requires the reform of numerical control teaching. The practice of project teaching came into being, which not only enriches the students ’knowledge but also, to a greater extent, exercises students’ abilities. Based on the actual teaching situation, this article analyzes the practice teaching and explores the path of practical ability training, hoping to provide help for teaching work to improve students’ abilities to meet the requirements of NC work.
