近些年,随着我国航天事业的发展,对航天技术的要求更高。因此需要与之相配套的先进操作工艺。相对传统工艺,铝合金半球壳体旋压成形工艺具有成本低,装备简单、材料利用率高、变形条件好、精度高和无切削塑性等优势。因此这项工艺在航天领域应用较广,较大的推动了我国航天事业的发展。笔者根据相关工作经验,主要探析铝合金半球壳体旋压成形工艺的相关问题,供大家参考和借鉴。
