本文报道10个三尖杉碱类生物碱的圆二色谱(CD)。我们将Kuriyama等提出的用于石蒜碱类生物碱的苯环~1L_b带的八区规则推广应用于测得的cotton效应(CE)符号确定该化合物的立体结构,并用该类化合物结构中的“双键”生色团的“八区规则”作了验证。
This paper reports the circular dichroism (CD) spectra of 10 three-level alkaloids. We applied the eight-zone rule extension of benzene ring ~ 1L_b for alkaloids of Lycorine alkaloids to the measured cotton effect (CE) symbol to determine the stereostructure of this compound, The “double-bond” chromophore’s “eight-zone rule” was verified.
