实验对31个小麦(Triticum castivum L.)品种及品系和3个小黑麦(Triticum castivosecale)品种的抗铝性进行了比较研究。实验工作在人工控制的温室内进行,采用Munns氏的培养液。在小麦预备实验中设置了0、0.5、1.0、1.5mM四个铝水平,pH控制在4.0±0.02。分析预备实验的结果,认为1.0mM水平对生长影响的区别最明显。对小黑麦品种采用0、0.75、1.0、1.25mM四个铝水平进行了比较。将1.0mM铝对无铝条件下培养的植株的相对根长(RRL)值作为抗铝性的指标。结果表明:①铝对小麦及小黑麦最明显的影响是严重地抑制了根的生长,同时根数明显增加,根变粗变短,根尖呈黄褐色、幼苗变矮;②不同小麦品种的相对根长有差别。根据相对根长值(1.0mM/OmM%)将31个品种分为三类。最抗铝的,以4053-16-0-14-3-3为代表,其相对根长值为40.38%;中等抗铝的,以4053-21-0-1-2-1-1为代表,其相对根长值为19.55%;对铝敏感的,以4053-21 (1) 为代表,其相对根长值为10.81%;③小黑麦品种比小麦品种抗铝能力大得多,最敏感的一个品种,皖瑶小黑麦,其相对根长值仍相当于最抗铝的小麦品种4053-16-0-14-3-3,另外两个小黑麦品种的抗铝性更强,而且在一定铝浓度下,对根的生长还表现出促进作用。如在0.75、1.0和1.25mMAl水平下,小黑麦3号的相对根长值(有铝/无铝%) 分别为76.16%、93.02%,105.23%,加拿大小黑麦的相对根长值分别为102.67%、108.44%和87.78%。
