目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者应用主动脉内球囊反搏泵的监测与护理。方法对28例急性心肌梗死并发泵衰竭患者应用主动脉内球囊反搏泵的临床和护理资料进行回顾分析。结果本组患者治疗后血流动力学指标明显好转,血管活性药物用量减少,26例抢救成功,2例死亡。结论治疗过程中严密监测病情变化,做好管道的护理,防止并发症,是患者救治成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the monitoring and nursing of intra-aortic balloon pump in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods The clinical and nursing data of 28 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with pump failure were retrospectively analyzed by using the intra-aortic balloon pump. Results After treatment, the hemodynamic parameters of the patients were significantly improved, the amount of vasoactive drugs decreased, 26 patients were successfully rescued, and 2 patients died. Conclusion In the process of treatment, we should closely monitor the changes of the disease, do the pipe care and prevent the complications, which is the key to the successful treatment of patients.
