信念影响并决定着实践的方式与内容。教师信念是学校文化的价值基础,是学校发展愿景的依据;作为“文化容忍半径”的教师信念,表明了学校成员共享的“容忍”程度,影响着学校成员行为传播与拓展的空间。N中学的实践表明,不一样的信念系统,产生了不一样的文化行为。作为学校成员想当然正确的教师信念,会作为“学校的正确经验”传递给新的学校成员而承继下来。教师信念是学校文化之魂,重建学校文化必须从教师信念入手。
Faith affects and determines the way and content of practice. Teacher’s belief is the value foundation of school culture and the basis of the vision of school development. Teachers ’beliefs as “the radius of cultural tolerance” indicate the degree of “tolerance” shared by school members, which affects the spreading and expanding of school members’ behaviors space. N secondary school practice shows that different belief systems have produced different cultural behaviors. Teachers’ beliefs, taken for granted by school members, will be passed on to the new school members as “the correct experience of the school.” Teacher’s belief is the soul of school culture, reconstruction of school culture must start from the teacher’s beliefs.
