采用累积复合轧制技术制备6063Al/MB2多层结构复合材料,利用电子拉伸机、光学显微镜、扫描电镜研究了热处理对不同轧制道次6063Al/MB2多层结构复合材料的组织、性能和界面的影响。结果表明,ARB技术能够有效细化MB2层金属组织;试样在180℃热处理后,晶粒没有明显变化;320℃热处理后,晶粒明显长大;在220℃以下热处理,复合材料的抗拉强度比未经热处理态略有上升;在220℃以上热处理,抗拉强度随温度的升高而逐渐下降;在低温下退火,复合材料的剪切强度相比轧制后略有增加。随着温度的升高,扩散层厚度增加,有脆性金属间化合物生成,导致剪切强度下降。
The 6063Al / MB2 multi-layer structure composite was prepared by cumulative composite rolling. The microstructure, properties and interface of 6063Al / MB2 multi-layer structure with different rolling passes were studied by means of electronic stretching machine, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. Impact. The results show that the ARB technique can refine the microstructure of MB2 layer effectively. There is no obvious change in the grain size of the sample after heat treatment at 180 ℃. The grain size obviously increases after the heat treatment at 320 ℃. The tensile strength of the composites decreased slightly with the increase of the temperature at 220 ℃ and above. When annealed at low temperature, the shear strength of the composites increased slightly after rolling. As the temperature increases, the thickness of the diffusion layer increases, resulting in the formation of brittle intermetallic compounds, resulting in a decrease in shear strength.
