价值链一词最初是由美国哈佛大学商学院教授迈克尔·波特于1985年在其所著《竞争优势》一书中提出的。价值链作为一种对企业竞争优势进行强有力的战略分析的框架,多年来不断发展创新并被财务分析、成本管理、市场营销等专门领域广泛融入和吸收,分析方法不断改进,内容不断充实,并形成各种学说流派。价值链管理的本质,在于利用价值链分析,发现企业与竞争对手价值链的区别,企业与供应商,客户价值链的联系,从而发掘企业的竞争优势战略。企业如何进行价值链管理,为提升管理水平、优化资源配置,培育和增强竞争优势,促进企业转型升级和可持续发展,是企业管理提升工作中非常重要的部分。本文主要通过分析企业如何建设价值链管理工作保障体系,讨论企业价值链管理工作实务中应注意的一些问题。
The word value chain was originally proposed by Michael Porter, a Harvard Business School professor in 1985, in his book Competitive Advantages. As a framework for a powerful strategic analysis of a company’s competitive advantage, the value chain has been constantly developing and innovating over the years and has been extensively integrated and absorbed in specialized fields such as financial analysis, cost management and marketing. Its analytical methods have been continuously improved and its content has been continuously enriched. And formed a variety of schools of thought. The essence of value chain management lies in using value chain analysis to find out the difference between the value chain of the enterprise and the competitors and the relationship between the enterprise and the suppliers and customer value chains so as to find out the strategy of the enterprise’s competitive advantages. How to manage the value chain, how to enhance the management level, optimize the allocation of resources, foster and enhance the competitive advantage, and promote the transformation, upgrading and sustainable development of enterprises are the very important part in the promotion of enterprise management. This article mainly analyzes how to build the value chain management work security system and discusses some problems that should be paid attention to in the practice of the enterprise value chain management.
