患者,男,54岁。32年前无意中发现阴囊皮肤皮面有大小不等的肿块,触之较硬,表面呈白色。后肿块逐渐增多,个别溃破后流出豆渣样物,随即缩小、愈合。近一年来肿块明显增大,局部偶有搔痒感。拟诊为阴囊肿块伴感染收治入院。体检:阴囊前壁皮肤表面有许多结节,小如绿豆,大如核桃:范围8×4cm,中央已联成片状;顶部呈白色,质较硬。无压痛,左外上方有3×2cm炎性肿块,有波
