吗啡在酸性中经亚硝基化,以硼砂溶液为底液,示波极谱法测定其含量,在Ep=-0.64V(VS、SCE)处产生一个理想的高灵敏度极谱波。研究了火锅汤料样品及罂粟壳中一些成分对吗啡测定的干扰,提出从样品中分离纯化吗啡的方法,消除了干扰。吗啡的最低检出浓度为0.025μg·ml~(-1)。制定了由测定火锅汤料中的吗啡判断掺加罂粟壳的检测方法。
Morphine is nitrosated in acidity and its content is determined by oscillopolarography with borax solution as the bottom liquid. An ideal high-sensitivity polarographic wave is generated at Ep = -0.64V (VS, SCE). The interference of some components in the hot pot soup sample and the opium poppy shell on the determination of morphine was studied. The method of separating and purifying morphine from the sample was proposed and the interference was eliminated. The minimum detectable concentration of morphine was 0.025μg · ml -1. Developed by the determination of hot pot soup morphine judge mixed with poppy shell detection methods.
