杨梅渣的水提物、乙醇提取物、乙醇提取后渣的水提物和乙醇提取物的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水萃取部分,分别以DPPH清除率、总还原力、FRAP法、Fe2+的络合能力等体外抗氧化模型测定各制备物的抗氧化能力,同时测定各提取物的总酚含量、总黄酮含量。结果表明:杨梅渣乙醇提取物的正丁醇部分、水提取物、渣水提取物具有较好的抗氧化能力,质量浓度越大,抗氧化能力越强,乙醇提取物的正丁醇部分总酚含量最高,为78.62 g/g,乙酸乙酯部分总黄酮含量最高,为29.74 mg/g。
