在MIG焊接过程中根据两个平衡关系(能量平衡和焊丝熔化与送进的平衡),对建立的焊接过程各参数之间关系的数学模型结构进行了实验研究.在细丝埋弧焊常用规范范围(H=15~30mm)内,确定了各参数的精确值,即建立了细丝埋弧焊电弧传感器的静态模型.根据理论推导和实测值的比较,认为该模型具有线性性质,用于细丝埋弧焊的实际过程控制中是可行的.
During the MIG welding process, the mathematical model structure of the relationship between the parameters of the welding process was experimentally studied according to the two balance relations (energy balance and the balance between wire melting and feeding). In the standard range of common submerged arc welding (H = 15 ~ 30mm), the exact value of each parameter is determined, that is, the static model of submerged arc welding arc sensor is established. According to the comparison between the theoretical derivation and the measured value, the model is considered to be of linear nature, which is feasible for the actual process control of filament submerged arc welding.
