针对福建电网500kV区域稳控系统,提出一种采用数字闭环动模实验实现全面、系统测试的方法。该方法利用实时数字仿真(RTDS)平台实现电网潮流和故障线路模拟量的输出,设计了光电隔离装置实现多条线路潮流量与稳控装置的接口,同时将线路保护装置与稳控装置构成一套完整的闭环动模实验系统。通过闭环动模实验验证了区域稳控系统的可靠性、有效性,为电网稳定运行提供了保障。
Aiming at 500 kV regional stability control system of Fujian Power Grid, a method of digital and closed-loop dynamic mode experiment is proposed to realize comprehensive and systematic test. In this method, real-time digital simulation (RTDS) platform is used to realize the output of power flow and faulty line analog. An optical isolation device is designed to realize the interface between multiple line flow and steady-state control device. At the same time, the line protection device and the steady- Complete set of closed-loop dynamic mode experiment system. Through the closed-loop dynamic model test, the reliability and validity of the regional stability control system are verified, which ensures the stable operation of the power grid.
