目的建立用HPLC法同时测定妇炎净颗粒中阿魏酸和氯化两面针碱含量的方法。方法HPLC检测系统使用Vp-ODS C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈:0.02 mol/L KH2PO4(24∶76),检测波长328 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃。结果阿魏酸和氯化两面针碱在此条件下能较好分离,且线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 6,加样平均回收率分别为99.22%(RSD 0.59%)和98.07%(RSD 1.30%)。结论此方法简便、快速,可用于同时测定妇炎净颗粒中阿魏酸和氯化两面针碱的含量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of ferulic acid and nitidine chloride in Fuyanjing granules. Methods The HPLC detection system was performed on a Vp-ODS C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile: 0.02 mol/L KH2PO4 (24∶76). The detection wavelength was 328 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the column temperature was 30. °C. Results Ferulic acid and nitidine chloride could be separated well under this condition, and the linear relationship was good. The correlation coefficients were 0.999 3 and 0.999 6. The average recoveries were 99.22% (RSD 0.59%) and 98.07, respectively. % (RSD 1.30%). Conclusion This method is simple and rapid. It can be used to determine the contents of ferulic acid and nitidine chloride in Fuyanjing Granules.
