作为重要的知识文献中心和信息资源中心,高校图书馆的作用和意义不言而喻。由于网络时代的到来,读者的需求日趋多样化,为了更好地满足读者需求,促进社会发展,必须创新运用人本管理思想开展高校图书管理的工作。本文首先阐明了人本管理思想的具体含义,其次分析了人本管理思想在图书管理中的应用策略,以供参考。
As an important knowledge document center and information resource center, the function and significance of university libraries are self-evident. Due to the advent of the Internet era, readers’ needs are increasingly diversified. In order to better meet the needs of readers and promote social development, we must innovate and apply the principle of human-centered management to carry out the work of university library management. This paper first clarifies the concrete meaning of humanistic management thought, and then analyzes the application strategy of humanistic management in library management for reference.
