目的:观察阿魏酸的体外神经保护活性。方法:体外培养PC12细胞,建立缺氧损伤,兴奋性氨基酸损伤,自由基损伤三种损伤模型,采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法观察阿魏酸对PC12细胞存活力的影响。结果:与各模型组比较,阿魏酸在1~100μmol/L浓度范围内可显著升高PC12细胞D(λ)570值(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:阿魏酸对PC12细胞缺氧损伤、兴奋性氨基酸损伤、自由基损伤均有不同程度的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the neuroprotective activity of ferulic acid in vitro. Methods: PC12 cells were cultured in vitro and hypoxia injury, excitatory amino acid injury and free radical injury were established. The effects of ferulic acid on the viability of PC12 cells were observed by MTT assay. Results: Ferulic acid increased the D (λ) 570 value of PC12 cells (P <0.05 or P <0.01) in the concentration range of 1 ~ 100 μmol / L compared with the model group. Conclusion: Ferulic acid can protect PC12 cells against hypoxia, excitatory amino acid and free radicals.
