一个不容置疑的现实已经摆在众多县级媒体的面前:进入新媒体时代,越来越多的人通过移动互联网、手机APP、网络电台等新兴媒体获取信息,青年一代更是将手机作为获取信息的主要途径,一些新兴自媒体为满足受众的猎奇心理,在网上迅速生成、发酵、扩散社会热点,甚至超出可控范围。受其影响,传统媒体的受众规模不断缩小,市场份额逐渐下降,传统媒体的舆论引导能力面临挑战。
