中国即将加入世贸组织 ,面对国际酒类市场竞争 ,中国白酒必须作出应对。纯净白酒应运而生 ,它的产生是科技进步和社会进步的结果 ,代表了中国白酒发展方向 ,是新生的酒种 ,使白酒产品出现新格局。纯净白酒面临的问题是如何适应市场 ,根据中国国情确立自己的风格。纯净化的途径有二 :一是液态法 ,通过现代蒸馏设备生产高纯度酒精加工纯净酒 ;二是固态法白酒生产中量质摘酒 ,除去甲醇和过量杂醇油。该法保存了固态法白酒风味 ,但去杂不彻底。(丹妮) China is about to enter the WTO, and in the face of international alcohol market competition, Chinese liquor must respond. It represents the development direction of Chinese liquor and is a new breed of wine, resulting in a new pattern of liquor products. The problem facing pure white wine is how to adapt to the market and establish its own style according to China’s national conditions. There are two ways to pure purification: one is the liquid method, and the production of high-purity alcohol-processed pure wine through modern distillation equipment; the second is the extraction of mass-quality wine from solid-state liquor production, removing methanol and excess fusel oil.
