感染日本血吸虫的小鼠一次口服蒿甲醚混悬液100、300和600mg/kg治疗后,应用间接荧光抗体法(IFA)检测其体内血吸虫体表抗原显露情况。结果,300mg/kg组小鼠于服药后1天和5天,分别有部分雌虫和雄虫显露体表抗原。雌虫和雄虫分别出现荧光的虫数以服药后5天和9天为最多,荧光程度亦较强;至服药后12天,仍有部分虫出现荧光。600mg/kg组雌、雄虫显露体表抗原的时间和荧光程度较100mg/kg组出现得较早且强。
Mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum were treated with 100, 300 and 600 mg / kg of oral suspension of artemether once, and then their surface antigens were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA). As a result, some of the female and male worms exposed the surface antigen at 300 mg / kg for 1 and 5 days, respectively. The numbers of fluorescent insects appeared in female and male were highest after 5 days and 9 days, respectively. The fluorescence intensity was also high. Some insects still showed fluorescence after 12 days. The time and fluorescence of exposed HBsAg in 600 mg / kg group were earlier and stronger than 100 mg / kg group.
