利用夹点技术,对某炼厂550万吨/年常减压装置的换热网络进行了优化研究。通过EXCLE电子表格法求解问题表,计算得到△T_(min),使换热网络获得最小冷热公用工程。同时将解题表法所求夹点与Aspen Energy Analysis软件所求夹点进行对比。比较结果表明解题表法所求夹点准确可靠。通过优化,原油换后终温从299.5℃提高到308℃,每年能节省燃料约3436.82吨。
