党的十八届五中全会决定实施全面二孩政策,积极展开应对人口老龄化行动,我国已进入“后计划生育”时代。全面二孩政策的实施有其积极的一面,但与此同时,我们也应看到,在此政策下,中国职业女性就业所面临的公平正义问题。本文旨在从全面二孩政策下女性就业公平所面临的挑战、实现女性就业公平的理论与现实依据以及对策出路等各方面进行分析与阐释,以期更好促进社会主义公平正义。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided to implement the policy of comprehensive two-child policy and actively started the response to the aging population. China has entered an era of “post-family planning”. However, at the same time, we should also see the issue of fairness and justice faced by Chinese professional women in employment under this policy. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and interpret the challenges posed by the equality of female employment in the overall two-child policy, the theoretical and practical basis for achieving the equality of female employment and the way out for solutions so as to promote the fairness and justice of socialism better.
