采用金相分析、电镜及能谱分析、化学分析和力性分析方法,对马钢3号高炉第四代炉役炉腹段HT冷却壁进行了解剖研究。提出了HT冷却壁的微观破损机制。
The anatomical study of the HT stave of the fourth generation of the blast furnace of Masteel No. 3 blast furnace was carried out by means of metallographic analysis, electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, chemical analysis and force analysis. The micro-damage mechanism of HT stave is proposed.
