通过对宁波·中国港口博物馆不规则双曲椭球体玻璃穹顶设计、施工的介绍,阐述了双曲玻璃穹顶设计、施工过程中存在的问题和难点。重点介绍了纵横向骨架可调连接,以及骨架与主体结构的多向可调连接体系等主要节点构造措施,提出了平板玻璃拟合不规则双曲面形体的解决方案。采用该系列措施降低了工程造价,同时加快了施工进度,确保了穹顶的安装精度,保证了观感质量。
Through the introduction of the design and construction of the irregular hyperbolic ellipsoid glass dome in Ningbo Port China Museum, the design and construction of the hyperbolic glass dome are described. The problems and difficulties in the construction process are expounded. This paper mainly introduces the construction measures of the main nodes such as the adjustable connection between the vertical and the horizontal frameworks and the multi-directional adjustable connection system between the skeleton and the main structure. The solution of fitting the irregular hyperboloid with the plate glass is proposed. Using this series of measures to reduce the cost of the project, while accelerating the construction progress, to ensure the installation of the dome accuracy and ensure the visual quality.
