一、前言在真空、高温下,金属材料会产生蒸发、再结晶、表面化学反应、溶质扩散以及某些元的偏析等效应。此外,既使在高真空条件下,也排除不了氧和碳的污染。从而使样品状态发生变化。本文报告了在真空中经过900℃高温除气前后的镍片,用俄歇谱仪、扫描电镜、金相显微镜考察的结果。研究了表面层状态对高温除气的影响。
I. INTRODUCTION Under the vacuum and high temperature, the metal material will produce the effects of evaporation, recrystallization, surface chemical reaction, solute diffusion and segregation of some elements. In addition, oxygen and carbon contamination can not be ruled out even under high vacuum conditions. Thus changing the state of the sample. This paper reports the results of the Au films before and after deaeration at 900 ℃ in vacuum with Auger spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and metallographic microscope. The effect of surface condition on degassing at high temperature was studied.
