我国法学本科教育被法学课程“分割化”的教学观念统治着。这种教学观念在专业化的“幌子”之下,割裂了法律与法律之间,法律与社会之间的内在联系。这种教学观念不但使得学生无法在整个法律体系的视野中理解具体部门法的具体法律条文,而且使法学毕业生无法满足司法实践的需要。法学本科专业多学科课程交叉渗透的教学观念和教学模式,视法律为一个和谐的体系,不同法律学科之间存在着逻辑和价值的内在联系。这种教学观念有助于应用型、复合型法律职业人才的培养。
Undergraduate education in law in our country is ruled by the teaching concept of “divisions”. Under the guise of specialization, this teaching concept separates the internal relations between law and law and between law and society. This notion of teaching not only makes it impossible for students to understand the specific legal provisions of the specific departmental law from the perspective of the entire legal system, but also renders law graduates unable to meet the needs of judicial practice. Law undergraduate courses in multi-disciplinary cross-penetration of teaching concepts and teaching model, depending on the law as a harmonious system, there is a logical relationship between different legal disciplines and values. This teaching concept helps to cultivate applied and complex legal professionals.
