目的了解石家庄市健康人群脊髓灰质炎病毒的抗体水平,评价免疫效果,为制定免疫策略提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法,应用微量细胞中和试验法检测健康人群脊髓灰质炎抗体水平。结果石家庄市健康人群脊髓灰质炎Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型病毒中和抗体的阳性率分别为98.67%、100%、99.50%,抗体几何平均滴度(geometric meantiter,GMT)分别为1∶501.51、1∶631.14、1∶572.39。结论石家庄市通过OPV常规免疫和强化免疫后,已形成对脊髓灰质炎病毒有效的免疫屏障。
Objective To understand the antibody level of poliovirus of healthy population in Shijiazhuang and to evaluate the immune effect and provide evidence for the development of immunization strategy. Methods Stratified cluster random sampling method was used to detect the level of poliomyelitis antibody in healthy population by using the method of micro-cell neutralization test. Results The positive rates of neutralizing antibodies against poliomyelitis type I, II and III in healthy population in Shijiazhuang were 98.67%, 100% and 99.50%, respectively. The geometric mean titers (GMT) of the antibodies were 1:501.51 and : 631.14, 1: 572.39. Conclusion After the routine immunization and intensive immunization of OPV in Shijiazhuang City, an effective immune barrier to poliovirus has been formed.
