本文通过对缘毛雀麦种子成熟过程中干物质积累动态、种于含水量、落粒率及种子活力等的研究,探讨出缘毛雀麦适宜的采种期。结果表明,缘毛雀麦种子发育成熟过程中,种子于物质积累呈“S”型曲线增长。种子内脱落酸含量达最高值时,种子迅速脱水,干物质积累转缓至停止,此时标志着种于达到生理成熟。其适宜的采种期是在种子含水量降至28~35%的时期。种子含水量作为牧草适宜采种期的定时指标是可行的。
In this paper, through the research on the dynamic changes of dry matter accumulation, seedling’s moisture content, drop rate and seed vigor during the maturation process of C. currantusta, The results showed that during the maturity of the seed, the seed showed a “S” curve in material accumulation. When the content of abscisic acid in seeds reaches the highest value, the seeds are rapidly dehydrated and the accumulation of dry matter slows down to a halt. At this moment, the seeds are planted to reach physiological maturity. The suitable seed-planting period is when the water content of seeds has dropped to 28-35%. It is feasible to use the seed moisture content as the timing indicator of forage harvesting period.
