以α-异硫氰酸萘酯灌胃引起家兔肝内阻塞性黄疸后30小时,参三七注射液静脉滴注实验组的家兔血清胆红素已降至正常;而对照组至42小时后,胆红素仍为0.71mg,超过正常值两倍以上(P<0.01)。另以大白鼠腹腔麻醉后作胆汁引流,实验组静注两种不同剂量参三七后,胆汁流量均较给药前明显增加(P<0.01和 P<0.05),而对照组胆汁流量反有下降。实验显示本品有消退黄疸和增加胆汁流量的作用。
