Global computer-aided instruction (CAI) has been carried out for more than 30 years. CAI in China is also entering daily teaching work with extremely fast speed. Teachers at the front line of teaching should take the initiative to master modern teaching methods to meet the needs of social changes and teaching reforms. According to the school equipment conditions and the actual situation of teachers, we investigate and screen the market-forming biology teaching software to find out the right
