通过热扩散键合方法制备了YLF/Tm:YLF/YLF键合晶体,键合晶体的尺寸为5 mm×20 mm×40 mm(高×宽×长)。键合晶体中间为Tm:YLF晶体,其长度为35 mm,Tm离子掺杂量为2.0%(摩尔分数),键合晶体两端为未掺杂YLF晶体。研究了热处理工艺对键合晶体质量的影响。结果表明:在热处理过程中,施加压力为0.4 MPa、热处理温度为570℃时,键合质量较好。该键合样品实现了105 W激光输出,光光转换效率超过40%;较未键合的Tm:YLF晶体输出功率提高1倍,光光转换效率提高6%。
The YLF / Tm: YLF / YLF bonded crystals were prepared by thermal diffusion bonding. The size of the bonded crystals was 5 mm × 20 mm × 40 mm (height × width × length). The middle of the bonded crystal is Tm: YLF crystal, the length of which is 35 mm, the Tm ion doping amount is 2.0% (mole fraction), and both ends of the bonding crystal are undoped YLF crystals. The effects of heat treatment on the quality of the bonded crystals were investigated. The results show that the bonding quality is good when the applied pressure is 0.4 MPa and the heat treatment temperature is 570 ℃. The bonded sample achieves a laser output of 105 W with a light conversion efficiency of over 40%. The output power of unmounted Tm: YLF crystal is doubled and the light-to-light conversion efficiency is improved by 6%.
