Parkinson’s disease is the second most recognized neurological disease in the world today. The survey shows that the incidence of this disease is as high as 16% in China and 1.7 million of the 4 million patients worldwide have Parkinson’s disease in China. The study confirmed that there are 10 genes associated with the incidence of Parkinson’s disease have an important relationship, were named Park1-10, after nearly 10 years of in-depth study identified five of them (SNCA, Parkin, Pink1, LRRK2, DJ1) And Parkinson’s disease is directly related to the formation of, and by detecting these five genes in the key sites of polymorphism can have an early warning of the occurrence and development of Parkinson’s disease.
