目的研究分析脑部受到创伤以后引起的下丘脑垂体功能不全的患者进行诊断以及治疗。方法本次研究选取我院2016年1月至2016年8月间收治的由于脑部受到创伤以后引起的下丘脑垂体功能不全的患者50例,对患者给予刺激分泌活动检查进而相关兴奋或者抑制试验,系统分析临床疗效和诊断结果。同期选择20例正常体检者作为对照组,比较激素间差异。结果经过比较可见,颅脑损伤患者垂体分泌激素的功能存在不同程度损伤,比较可(去掉)血液中皮质醇、三碘甲状腺原氨酸以及促肾上腺皮质激素含量不存在较大差异,而促甲状腺激素含量表现出损伤越严重,含量约低(越低)的情况;采用核磁共振检测过程中,显示引发抗利尿激素降低17例,占总例数34%。经过统计学分析显示,颅脑损伤和下丘脑垂体系统异常工作所引发的激素减少有直接关系,组间数据比较存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论颅脑损伤后破坏了下丘脑垂体的正常运转,进而引发机体内各种激素分泌失调,因此对颅脑损伤患者做出准确的诊断,并采取及时有效的治疗,对提高患者预后生活质量有积极意义。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of hypothalamic pituitary dysfunction caused by trauma in the brain. Methods This study selected 50 patients with hypothalamic pituitary dysfunction after trauma caused by trauma in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2016. The results can be seen through comparison, the brain injury patients with pituitary hormone secretion have varying degrees of injury, compared with (removed) blood cortisol, triiodothyronine and adrenocorticotropic hormone content there is no significant difference, while the thyroid Hormone content showed more serious damage, the content is low (lower); the use of nuclear magnetic resonance detection process, showed decreased antidiuretic hormone in 17 cases, 34% of the total number of cases. After statistical analysis showed that brain injury and hypothalamic pituitary disorders caused by abnormal work has a direct relationship between hormone reduction, the data between groups there was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusions After traumatic brain injury, the normal operation of hypothalamus pituitary is destroyed, which leads to various hormone secretion disorders in the body.
