To build a good relationship between teachers and students requires the input of teachers ’affection, sincerely treat each other and enhance students’ sense of trust; to learn tolerance and enhance students ’sense of security; to carry out activities to enhance intimacy between teachers and students; to share responsibilities and arouse students’ sense of honor . Establishing a good relationship between teachers and students is the basis for improving teaching efficiency.
