在职场中,一个人存在的意义和价值,并不在于自己怎么想或者别人怎么看,而是通过为他人(机构)的付出来体现的。公务员的价值在于为纳税人服务,教师的价值在于为人解惑释疑,企业家的价值在于以创新的作为提升社会生活质量,职业经理人的价值在于以智慧配置组织资源……所有这些,即使作为个体的人有千万种差异,我们还是有充分的理由认定性别不应该包括在内。从本质上看,职业的价值意义就是如此,只有能力、方法的不同,没有男女性别之分。 不可否认的是,千百年来男尊女卑的固疾依然存在,人和人最容易也最轻率的是拿男女说事。然而,三·八妇女节还要过下去,三月情结让人说不清是亢奋还是哀惋,这已经超出了我们要讨论的范围。我们能做的,是以“魅力宝典100”献给所有的女性经营管理者。 但愿,经营管理工作因越来越多的女性参与而魅力倍增; 但愿,我们秉承的“崇尚务实,相约成功”的办刊理念能为读者助益。 ——编者的话
