以江西某地石煤为试验原料,采用氧化焙烧-水浸-酸浸工艺提取其中的钒,研究了原矿直接氧化焙烧及原矿经脱碳后氧化焙烧对浸出率的影响、原矿及脱碳样配煤氧化焙烧对浸出率和焙烧能耗的影响。结果表明,原矿经脱碳后氧化焙烧浸出率为80.12%,较原矿直接氧化焙烧提高11.71%;脱碳样配入5%的无烟煤,浸出率可达81.96%,氧化焙烧温度可降低30℃、焙烧时间缩短0.5 h,降低了生产成本。
Taking Jiangxi coal as raw material, the vanadium was extracted by oxidative roasting-water leaching-acid leaching process. The effects of direct oxidation roasting of raw ore and oxidation roasting on the leaching rate of crude ore after decarburization were studied. Effect of Oxidation Roasting on Coal Blending Rate and Calcination Energy Consumption. The results showed that the leaching rate of crude ore after decarbonization was 80.12%, which was 11.71% higher than the direct oxidation roasting of crude ore. The leaching rate was 81.96% with 5% anthracite coal decarburized, the temperature of oxidation roasting could be reduced by 30 ℃, The baking time is shortened by 0.5 h, which reduces the production cost.
