根据甘蔗品系系谱图寻根，对福建自育的38个品系及其亲本进行基础种质亲缘关系分析。育成福建甘蔗品系的基础种质有23种，其中11种为热带种，3种割手密种，2种印度种，3种中国种，1种大茎野生种，1个斑茅及蔗茅和高梁各一个。38个品系中至少有8个共同的祖先，亲缘关系非常密切。
According to the roots tracing of sugarcane lineage, the genetic relationship of 38 germplasm lines and their parents was analyzed. There are 23 kinds of basic germplasm of Fujian sugarcane lines, of which 11 are tropical species, 3 species of Artemisia selengensis, 2 kinds of Indian species, 3 kinds of Chinese species, 1 kinds of large stem wild species, And sorghum each one. At least eight out of 38 strains share a common ancestry and are closely related.
