近年来,随着政府扶持动漫产业力度的加大,我国动漫产业保持着快速、健康发展的良好势头。国家广电总局、财政部、商务部也出台了不少政策,鼓励和推动中国动画走向国际市场,参与国际竞争,实现国际间的合作与交流。中国动画走出去,不仅仅是一句口号,如何才能走出去?怎样才能走得好?方向在哪里?这都是我们要思考的问题。本期专题将通过走访企业和专家,对中国动画“走出去”的现状进行宏观调研,总结中国动画“走出去”的模式及现有类型,对在动画“走出去”方面已经取得了较好成绩的典型企业的典型案例进行分析,与读者共同探讨中国动画“走出去”的成功之道。
In recent years, with the support from the government for the animation industry, the animation industry in our country has enjoyed a good momentum of rapid and healthy development. The State Administration of Radio, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce have also promulgated many policies to encourage and promote Chinese animation to enter the international market, participate in international competition and achieve international cooperation and exchange. Chinese animation go out, not just a slogan, how to get out? How can we go well? Where are the directions? This is all we have to think about. In this issue, we will conduct a macro survey of the status quo of China’s animation “going out” through visits to enterprises and experts and summarize the patterns and existing types of Chinese animation and “going out” We have analyzed typical cases of typical enterprises that have achieved good results and discussed with readers the success of Chinese animation “going out”.
