目的了解驻马店市、县区级疾病预防控制中心检验能力的发展状况,为加强驻马店市、县疾病预防控制中心实验室检验能力建设提供科学依据。方法采用现况调查研究方法、收集2015年驻马店市、县级疾病预防控制中心检验人员、实验室仪器设备和检验项目开展情况等资料。结果市疾控中心实验室用房比例为40.00%,达到国家标准,各县实验室用房比例均低于国家标准。2015年市疾控中心卫生检验专业技术人员17人,各县卫生检验人员68人,分别占同级专业技术人员的13.82%和8.01%。市疾控中心A类和B类检测项目开展率分别为90.27%和13.53%。八县疾控中心A类和B类检测项目开展率平均为72.14%和36.07%,汝南县、正阳县、遂平县和西平县开展率高于各县平均值。结论驻马店市县两级疾控机构实验室检验能力不能满足工作要求等问题,从一定程度上制约了疾病预防控制机构专业技术服务能力水平的提升。下一步,建议通过提供检验专业人员素质、增加实验室检验设备配置等来增强疾病预防控制机构的建设和发展。
Objective To understand the development of testing ability of Zhumadian and county-level CDC, and provide scientific basis for strengthening laboratory testing ability of Zhumadian and CDC. Methods The current situation of investigation and research methods were used to collect information on inspectors, laboratory equipment and test items carried out by Zhumadian City and county CDC in 2015. Results City CDC laboratory room ratio was 40.00%, reached the national standard, the proportion of labs in all counties were lower than the national standard. In 2015, there were 17 professional technicians for health examination in municipal disease control center and 68 health inspectors in each county, accounting for 13.82% and 8.01% of professional and technical personnel of the same level respectively. Municipal CDC Class A and Class B testing project development rate was 90.27% and 13.53%. The average development rate of Category A and Category B test items in the eight counties was 72.14% and 36.07% respectively. The execution rates in Runan County, Zhengyang County, Suiping County and Xiping County were higher than the county average. Conclusion The testing ability of laboratory of CDC in Zhumadian County can not meet the job requirements and other issues, which to a certain extent restricted the improvement of professional technical service ability of CDC institutions. The next step, it is recommended to enhance the construction and development of disease prevention and control institutions by providing the quality of inspection professionals, increasing the laboratory test equipment configuration.
