进入新世纪以来,随着社科人文学术事业的整体推进,我国地方高校的科研工作也出现了一片新的气象。特别是对自己身边的某些有深厚历史积累、有鲜明地域特色的民间文化遗产不仅有了新认识、新观察、新理解,而且,订立计划、深入实地、收集资料、潜心研究,完成了诸多新成果。从而为学术界重新解释音乐的“地方性知识”(也译作“当地知识”)、揭示其独特的文化价值、提高全社会的保护意识等尽了自己的一份历史责任。
