本文用汞膜电极,研究了碘的差分脉冲阴极溶出行为。确定了最适的测定条件。选择了Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液(pH5.0)为底液,碘浓度在0~70ppb浓度范围内与其溶出峰电流成良好的线性关系。其检测限低至7.7×10~(-10)M。方法的标准偏差为0.056,变动系数为1.8%。 用EDTA有效地消除了重金属离子的干扰,使本法可直接应用于自来水、井水、食盐、海带及紫菜中碘含量的测定,方法回收率在96~107%之间。
In this paper, the differential pulse cathodic dissolution of iodine was studied using mercury film electrode. Determine the most appropriate measurement conditions. Britton-Robinson buffer solution (pH5.0) was selected as the base solution, and the iodine concentration in the range of 0 ~ 70ppb was in good linear relationship with the dissolution peak current. Its detection limit is as low as 7.7 × 10 ~ (-10) M. The standard deviation of the method was 0.056 with a coefficient of variation of 1.8%. With EDTA effectively eliminate the interference of heavy metal ions, so that this method can be directly applied to tap water, well water, salt, seaweed and seaweed iodine content determination, the method recovery was between 96 to 107%.
