欧元区实力最强的德国,也没能免遭债务危机拖累。德国政府11月23日发行国债遭遇市场的冷眼相待。当天发行的总值约60亿欧元(约合81亿美元)的10年期政府债券仅有59亿美元被市场投资者认购,约占本次发行额度35%的数额无法完成预定市场认购目标。德国政府及欧洲央行分析认为,这是由于市场对德国政府在欧元区债务危机背景下,是否有实力在资本市场投放如此巨额的货币量普遍缺乏信心所致。
