培养法律思维是法学教育的主要目标,而目前多数高校的法理学课程仅仅在大一开设,这种设置方式存在着很多局限与不足。分级设置的教学改革则可针对不同年级学生的具体情况讲授相应内容,循序渐进地培养学生的法律思维。当然,分级设置的教学改革也有其自身的局限性。从对法理学课程分级设置的讨论中可以看到,当前的法学教育需要大规模提升实践性教学环节和内容,法律方法论是其中的重点方向。唯此,法理学课程分级设置的教学改革才能够扬长避短,取得最优的教学效果。
To cultivate legal thinking is the main goal of law education. At present, most jurisprudence courses in jurisdictions are only offered in freshman year. There are many limitations and shortcomings in this way of setting. The teaching reform which is set in different levels can teach corresponding contents according to the specific situation of students in different grades, and gradually cultivate students’ legal thinking. Of course, the teaching reform in different levels also has its own limitations. Judging from the discussion on the grading of jurisprudence courses, we can see that the current law education needs a large-scale promotion of practical teaching and content, and the legal methodology is the key direction. Only this, jurisprudence curriculum teaching reform can be set up to avoid weaknesses, to obtain the best teaching effect.
