[目的]研究酒糟对双孢蘑菇营养成分、性状及生产性能的影响,探讨利用酒糟栽培双孢蘑菇的可行性。[方法]以酒糟为主要栽培料,添加玉米芯、牛粪进行双孢蘑菇的栽培试验。[结果]配方中加入酒糟可以明显提高菌丝生长速度。酒糟40%、玉米芯20%、牛粪35%、过磷酸钙2%、石膏2%、石灰1%、pH值7.5~8.0条件下培养的双孢蘑菇子实体性状较好,产量最高,双孢蘑菇子实体中蛋白质含量最高,达32.10%。[结论]酒糟是双孢蘑菇生长的合适基质。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of distiller’s grains on nutrition composition, characters and production performance of Agaricus bisporus and to explore the feasibility of using Agrocybe aegerita to cultivate Agaricus bisporus. [Method] With distiller ’s grains as the main culture material, corn cob and cow dung were added for the cultivation experiment of Agaricus bisporus. [Result] Adding mycelium into the formula can obviously improve mycelial growth rate. Agaricus bisporus with 40% distiller’s grain, 20% corn cob, 35% cow dung, 2% superphosphate, 2% gypsum, 1% lime and pH value 7.5 ~ 8.0 had the highest yield and the highest yield Spore mushrooms fruiting bodies the highest protein content, up to 32.10%. [Conclusion] Lentinum is a suitable substrate for the growth of Agaricus bisporus.
