Background: The earlier rehabilitation treatment to hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation, the better effects can gain, so rehabilitation should not only be carried out in the recovery stage but also be included in the treatment of acute stage.We treated hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with small bone window open cranial hematom clearance from January 1999 to January 2002. Patients received early rehabilitation therapy.The curative effects were better than traditional methods.
